Abstract
The author presents a simple method of analysis for distorted reflector antennas. It is believed that this method will aid in the understanding of the effects of reflector deformations on the antenna´s radiation pattern and hence will help the antenna designer to specify more meaningful reflector surface tolerances. Some background to reflector antenna tolerancing is discussed and a description of the proposed analysis method is presented. An example of the use of the method is given by examining the effects of azimuthal distortions on an antenna´s performance
