Abstract
The present paper describes the method which is used to transform an elliptical curve for a random number generator. This method allows one to increase the number of generator inner states. The restoration of the generation law tends to get complicated as the number of inner states increases The spin-off of the present work is the obtained lower boundary of a pseudorandom bit sequence period.
