Scientific knowledge portals seen as rapid strides in producing semantic Web

The Scientific Knowledge portals that are created by competent experts rest upon well-made and appropriately structured metadata. The present paper describes these portals as a progressive advance towards ground-breaking semantic Web technologies. There is some clear evidence that in the process of producing the knowledge portals certain conflicting views are observed to emerge between developers of programs and their users. We suggest some kind of technological approach to brining their specific interests or objectives in line with up-to-date standards, and to this end we think it sensible to get both categories of specialists to actively participate in cooperative conferences on wide-ranging issues. Below is given a specific an example of this type of participation.
