Abstract :
In this paper, the antenna with a practical structure is presented. Firstly, the size of the antenna is decreased from the original geometry by utilizing the image theory. The image theory also plays a role in removing the need for a balun. Secondly, the antenna includes two PIN diodes as switching devices.
