Abstract :
End-user programming environments provide central repositories where users can execute and store their programs. However, these environments do not provide facilities by which users can keep track of the variations that they create for their programs. In the professional world, software developers use variation management for code reuse, program understanding, change traceability, debugging and maintenance.
