Abstract :
The discrete phase shifter with increased reliability and power based on the split strip transmission line (SSL) is developed. The series-parallel circuit of switching diodes connection with strips of split strip line on DC in phase shifter device was used. We obtained a phase shift of 180 degrees and losses <;1.5 dB in the frequency range of 3:1.
