Abstract :
In this paper, the transmission line model is used to demonstrate that the high radiation resistance of the subwavelength mode can be reduced using a two-layer substrate. The substrate of the structure consists of a homogenous dielectric slab inserting between the rectangular patch and the grounded dielectric substrate loaded with ε-negative metamaterial (ENG).
