Abstract :
This article reports the integrated optomechanical analysis approach to design and analysis of the performance for remote sensing instrument subjected to environmental influences including static and dynamic loading. Emphases on the application of the finite element technique to develop practical model for remote sensing instrument and Zernike polynomials fitting from structural response quantities into optical design are mainly used to fulfill the analyses of wave-front error and modulation transfer function (MTF). The numerical result shows that remote sensing instrument designed and analyzed by this approach the deformation meets the optical performance requirements. An integrated opto-mechanical analysis using FEA combined with Zernike polynomials fitting were successfully to optimum design of remote sensing instrument.
