  • Abstract
    In this work we considered the evolution of structural and morphological characteristics of carbon condensates during their growing within the accumulative plasma-condensate system, which allows carrying out the technological process near the point of thermodynamic equilibrium. The condensates have been studied with TEM and SEM.
