Abstract :
One of the most promising applications of Body Sensor Networks (BSN) is long-term ambulatory monitoring. This paper discusses the key technical challenges associated with context aware sensing for these environments. It outlines the importance of relating physiological activity with the sensed signal for accurate episode detection and trend analysis.
