Abstract :
This paper summarises the aspects of IC design technologies which are relevant in the design of on-chip R.F. circuitry. New IC processes continue to be introduced, and old ones improved, but the driving force is only rarely the R.F. performance requirements. This paper will compare, with real results, the possibilities, especially for the integration of R.F., analogue and digital circuits on a single chip
