Abstract :
A new class of electronically-tunable oscillators using several types of log-domain circuits as the frequency and the loop-gain controlling elements are proposed. The resulting oscillators enjoy several attractive properties, namely, low supply voltages, high oscillation frequencies, wide-tuning ranges, and low-distortion even for the cases when the oscillation signal amplitudes are large
