Abstract :
The possibility to determine the eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of particles and quasi particles in the tunnel-linked quantum wells in the perturbations theory approximation is considered. The given approach makes it possible to describe the process of interaction between the quantum wells more adequately, particularly in the case when increasing the width and energy height of the dividing barrier.
