Abstract
On the basis of quantum-field methods the statistical theory of the complex nano-scale systems, whose thermodynamic potentials do not have the property of additivity, was developed. It is shown that taking into account the non-additivity parameter for the statistical distribution does not change the equations of evolution, while the probability of different phase trajectories depends strongly on this parameter.
