Abstract :
In the report for the realization of connection of SoC with a macrolevel it is proposed to use the inverse V-vibrators as wire antennas located along the edges of pyramidal nanocircuits on a tangent to them or with rounding of zigzag relief of a multilevel nanopyramid.
