Foreword

Welcome to the 2015 IEEE International Conference on Electrical, Computer and Communication Technologies (IEEE ICECCT 2015) which held at SVS College of Engineering, Tamil Nadu, India during 05 – 07, March 2015. IEEE ICECCT 2015 is the first episode of ICECCT series. IEEE ICECCT 2015 aims to provide an outstanding opportunity for both academic and industrial communities alike to address new trends and challenges and emerging technologies on topics relevant to today´s fast moving areas of Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation and Control, Communication Systems, Computer Science and Information Technology. The conference will feature invited talks, pre-conference tutorial and referred paper presentations. The vision of ICECCT 2015 is to promote foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of the above areas in Engineering and Technology. ICECCT 2015 program features a rich collection of original research embodied through oral presentations, invited talks, workshops and interactive demos. We received 1,112 submissions from across the world for all the three tracks such as Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics and Communication (EC) and Computer Science (CS). Each submission was initially screened for conference scope, technical relevance and possible plagiarism by the technical program committee (TPC). Papers successfully passed the screening stage are assigned to reviewers based on their areas of expertise.
