Abstract :
The CITATION system implements an information brokerage environment for effective information structuring, indexing and retrieval in the healthcare administration sector. CITATION incorporates the latest evolvements in the fields of ontology modeling, natural language processing, XML documents self-describing features, semantics analysis and behavioral description to allow for seamless and personalized information delivery and for adequate representation of the semantics of the existing healthcare administrative information content.
