Abstract :
This paper focuses on the heat distribution along and across the wires in the stator coil winding of an electric motor due to overvoltage. For this purpose, a computer program written in MATLAB is utilized to obtain the mentioned distribution in just one wire in the stator, which has one layer as the insulator. The distribution is determined at different points, especially at the end-turn corner of the wire
