Abstract
This paper describes electrical parameter comparisons between two commercial test and measurement instruments. This work is an important part of continually improving measurement accuracy and evaluating component reliability for our customers. Two commercially available measurement systems were slected for this study. This paper describes the electrical measurements and test results between two testing systems at two supplier locations and Sandia. The test methods, procedures and electrical parameters that are within the scope of each measurement system´s capability are the only parameters that are reported in this evaluation. All test units were supplied by Sandia National Laboratories and are Sandia designs. The measurement systems were calibrated based on the manufacturer´s specified accuracy for normal operation, and the standards used are traceable to NIST
