Abstract :
In view of the characteristics of chemical industry process´s nonlinearity and time delay, a novel fuzzy immune PID control method was proposed. It adjusts the PID controller´s parameters based on the biological immunity principle, and fuzzy reasoning is used to realize the nonlinear immunity feedback function. By this way, the fuzzy immune PID controller can adapt that the pH value changes in large scale. Compared to adaptive fuzzy PID controller, the fuzzy immune PID controller can achieve better control indexes. Simulation experiments were executed to confirm it.
