Abstract :
This paper develops an analytical CRM model, called C-RS model, based on the rough sets theory and cluster method. The cluster algorithm K-means is used to classify the data set into different groups according to different distance. Hu´s algorithm and IADT have been applied to study the rough sets analytical model. The proposed C-RS model is innovatively combines the advantages of two methods to classify the data set and provide characteristics of the different classifications. Many analytical models of CRM can be created based on the C-RS model. Then, not only the classification of customers but also characteristics of customer´s can be found. At last, a simple example is given
