Abstract
In world of resolution of program committee meeting of the international science and technical conference "Microwave and Telecommunication Technology" held June 2, 2009 in Minsk the new international research journal "Telecommunication Sciences" is being published under the auspices of the Institute of Telecommunication Systems of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" since 2010. An article should contain novel, previously unpublished results. However, citation of the latest manuscripts can be included. Your article can be accepted solely after its expert review. One can find additional information on articles\´ submission as well as the article sample at http:// telesc.its.kpi.ua.
