Abstract :
The design of a novel CMOS CFOA was presented. This design has over 100 MHz bandwidth operation with low settling time, making it useful as an on chip buffer for fast ADCs. Layout for the CMOS CFOA has been completed and the device is not ready to be submitted for silicon fabrication. Work is currently being conducted to develop a family of cells to include a noninverting cell and a high power supply rejection ratio cell
