  • Abstract
    A low power double DC/DC converter, step-down type, with syncronized switching frequency, for SLIC application will be presented. The main features are: decadic dialling rejection, 200¿A bias current sinked from the high voltage battery, regulated output current from 1mA to 200mA, clock frequency up to 1MHz, output voltage regulation from 50% to 100%.
