Abstract
Human hearing system is not only capable of hearing sound, but also localizing its source. But, the understandings of the process came not so long ago and even it the 21/sup st/ century it isn´t complete. The revelations in this area of science are of great importance, especially in generating virtual reality systems. In this paper, the mechanisms of this process are partially revealed.
