Abstract :
This paper considers an alternative approach via an application of elliptic reflector antenna, which appears to be cost and power effective. An elliptic reflector antenna is considered because its dual-focus nature allows a focus feed to radiate fields that illuminate the reflector to produce scattering fields with equal phases at the other focus. It potentially fulfills the need of RFID applications. Theoretical analysis and numerical examinations are investigated and presented in this paper.
