            Abstract : 
Current navy communication model is analyzed, a polling networking strategy which is effective for navy information grid is proposed. The strategy takes navy formation as its center, hierarchically partitions the grid system, restructrures the grid network according to their hierarchical layer. The flexibility of the navy application platforms to join and quit the grid is ensured in order to adapt to topology changes, bandwidth-constrained, power-constrained and other special environment, and the grid sub-telecommunications network communication path is discretized in small groups in order to achieve a good compromise between workload and performance.
