  • Abstract
    Based on a switched-capacitor concept introduced by Temes and Nossek, a 3rd order lowpass filter has been integrated in a standard CMOS metal-gate technology. The filterchip : occupies an area of 1,1 mm2 and the power dissipation is 8,5 mW. The measured frequency response agrees very well with theory.
