Abstract :
In this paper an improvement of the standard SM is proposed by constructing the coarse model using co-simulation. The essential couplings of the structure under consideration are evaluated using EM solver and the designable parameters of interest are modeled by distributed circuit components. It is demonstrated that the presented methodology allows us to create more accurate surrogate models when compared to the standard SM.
