Abstract
The ability of the fuzzy logic application in the managerial decision-making is investigated in this paper using the example of the classical crisp theory of markovian chains generalization with the help of fuzzy sets. The problem of stimulation of customers of a distribution center is formulated in terms of the classical crisp theory of markovian chains. Then the method of fuzzy states definition, and the method of solving fuzzy markovian chains are proposed. It is shown that the analysis of a fuzzy markovian process can be carried out using generalization of the traditional mathematical tools.
