Abstract :
The current researches on enterprise evolution mainly focus on the theory, and the simulation study of enterprise evolution is scant. Based on the advantages of traditional culture algorithm and the characteristics of enterprise evolution, a cultural algorithm of enterprise evolution based on multilayer belief spaces is proposed. In this paper, the belief spaces are divided into multiple levels and different believes are saved in different levels. Additionally, some learning factors are introduced to adjust the capabilities of enterprise dynamically. Experiments show that the simulation of the interaction and the process of co-evolutionary between enterprises are effective. And the affection of the different learning ability to the enterprise evolution is analyzed.
