Abstract
In this paper a unilateral, impedance-buffering, voltage signal change-over switch with a high maximum commutation rate, a wide frequency range, a low offset voltage and a good transient performance is presented. As an application of this signal switch a scanner with inherent adaptive filtering is discussed.
