Abstract
In this paper, the hybrid FDTD and alternating direction implicit (ADI) FDTD approach is applied to coupled time dependent Maxwell´s and Schrodinger´s equations. The FDTD approach is applied to the region where quantum effect is needed and the ADIFDTD method to the rest of structure.
