Abstract :
In this paper we disclose a technique for reducing colored noise from images, working in the YCrCb domain. This algorithm takes advantage of the device parameters, modulating the strength of the denoising filter according to the exposure time. Moreover, colored noise is effectively removed without introducing common artifacts, such as excessive saturation reduction and color bleeding.
