Abstract :
With the continuous development of the smart grid, traditional energy management systems are not satisfied with the management and research in own grids. The interaction between the different systems and the demand for information reused are needed more and more. If the power network models, real-time running data and grid graphics in different systems can be reused in a new power grid management system, it will be an open system with great operation efficiency. After the analysis of IEC61970 CIM standards in this paper, a CIM-based modeling open power grid management system is presented, which uses CIM/E for large-scale real-time data transmission, and SVG technology for graphics interchange. CIM/E is used widely in China and it is a simplified text format to describe the real-time running data in power grid for HSDA. With the application of this open power grid management system, the method of acquiring or providing grid information will be more convenient and efficient. In this paper, the process of interchange between the different systems is illustrated, and the development and the application of the system are given.
