  • Abstract
The front page of the newsletter had five subtitles of articles: (1) 5th Symposium Representatives at IEEE New York Convention, (2) Rome-Utica Chapter holds dinner meeting, (3) New York Chapter elects new officers, (4) Chapter Meetings, and (5) National Aero-Nautical Meeting on EMC/RFI Announcement. The first article announced that “Representatives of the 5th National Symposium on Radio Frequency Interference; to be held in Philadelphia, June 4–5, 1963; will be available during the IEEE Convention in New York City, March 25–28, 1963; at the booth of Ace Engineering & Machine Company. Exhibit space will be available and people may contact Mr. Ben Pulaski (Exhibit Manager) or Mr. Fred Kugler (Vice-Chair — 5th National Symposium on RFI) for more details.” The second article was a simple announcement that “A dinner-social meeting was held by the Rome-Utica Chapter of the PTG-RFI on January 23, 1963. There were over 60 in attendance. Dr. Fred Morris, President of Electro-Mechanics Co. (Austin — Texas) showed slides and provided a very interesting commentary on his recent trip to the South Pacific.”
