Abstract :
The numerical relation is get that output power is proportional to temperature difference when the hot-side temperature is stable in the semiconductor thermoelectric generating. To improve the heat dissipation performance of cold-side of the semiconductor, the relationship between the heat dissipation performance and the space of fin is analyzed based on ANSYS. The section temperature contour maps of semiconductor and radiator are get on different condition, and some advices were given to improve the generation performance of the semiconductor based on compared the results.
