Abstract :
Broadband linear frequency extenders allow the next generation of compact portable network analysers to be used in the low THz bands of 300 - 600 GHz. The wide instantaneous bandwidth of these extenders support complex waveforms within systems intended for automotive radars and communication networks. Recent experimental results aimed at autonomous vehicle applications are described with details of the system interfaces to common network analysers.
