Abstract :
The aim of design centering is to minimize or even eliminate the undesirable effect of manufacturing process variations by changing the designable parameter values. The centers of gravity (CoG) algorithm is a yield optimization algorithm that was originally developed on a heuristic basis for discrete component circuits. In this contribution, the generalized CoG algorithm which can be applied to integrated circuits is presented
