A New Measure for Traffic Data Collection and Processing

This paper is going to introduce a traffic data collection measure which skillfully uses the short message function and locating function in mobile communication system. Some often used traffic data detection and inquiry methods, and the mobile communication and locating principle are first introduced, then the designed electronic diary and its contents, and the system architecture and operating flow chart are described in details. Finally, lots of useful results obtained by the system are also given.
