Abstract :
The ortho-mode vivaldi (OMV) antenna system presented is able to cope with all kinds of polarization since it is composed of a set of two orthogonal linearly polarized elements that are suitably fed by an ortho-mode tee (OMT). The design criteria and the assembly techniques are described. Practical results of some prototypes are given to demonstrate the performance of the OMV
