Abstract :
Fuel cell vehicle and hybrid electric vehicle are prospective new automotive technologies, but they may cause serious EMC problem. This paper gives the impedance characteristics of the power cables on the real chassis in the driving system by measurement. An equivalent circuit model is set up to describe the distribution parameters of the power cables. Impedance characteristics of cables on different grounds are also compared. The parameters will help to analyze the conducted emission and cable setting optimization in the new automotive
