            Abstract : 
Two methods for evaluating the impedance of loaded power ground plane structures are compared. It is found that while one method is attractive in that it does not require a matrix inversion, it only provides an approximation solution for the loading effect. Furthermore, the approximation deteriorates as the values of the loading impedances are reduced
