Abstract :
How to use the modern information technology to monitors and manages the road transport reasonable, safely and efficiently, effects the whole modern road transportation. Therefore the positioning, tracking, and monitoring of logistics is particularly important. This system is use road transport to combinates the geographic information systems (GIS), satellite positioning systems, car navigation and other technologies to achieve GIS in road transport which based on MapObjects (MO).
