Abstract :
Bus lane helps to improve speed of bus and to improve service standard, which is an important mean in realizing bus priority. Arrangement of bus lane decreases traffic efficiency of other vehicles while it improves efficiency of bus. It is quite necessary to establish a comprehensive evaluation method for sake of efficiency related with public vehicles and social traffics for purpose of evaluating efficiency difference before and after arrangement of bus lane. This text takes intersection delay, capacity, saturation, link travel time as index for adaptability evaluation. It is for the consideration of the core purpose to arrange bus lane is to improve the service level to all trip makers that the evaluation index is set in human-orientation instead of vehicles. The text aims to establish evaluation model for traffic efficiency adaptability of bus, social vehicles and all the other vehicles as well as to evaluate efficiency difference focusing on human-orientation before and after arrangement of bus lane on the whole road section. By experiment, the accuracy of adaptability evaluation method is checked. The research achievement is intended to supply technical support in evaluating actual efficiency of bus lane as well as to offer basis in deciding arrangement conditions of bus lane.
