Abstract :
The present paper addresses to investigation of switching between chaotic and stable oscillations of active determinate oscillating system which is microwave oscillator. Conditions of oscillations´ switching to chaos are discussed. The system of oscillations is excited by negative resistance of non-linear element which is avalanche transit time oscillator diode. The obtained results could be used for designing of noise generators of active antenna arrays.
