Abstract :
The acceleration of urbanization leads to a rocketing increase of vehicles and the parking requirement also rise accordingly. The parking construction and management, however, lag behind, causing a more conspicuous contradiction between supply and demand of parking. Because of the unreasonable parking charge system, the fact of ldquohard to parkrdquo is becoming more serious. In this paper, problems of parking charge occur in China are studied, a model of parking charge based on space-time influence is created, and the example analysis is performed.
