Its determinative process, the usage and application are introduced. Researches show that the macro standard established can meet the concept and characteristics of preventive maintenance, which is suitable both in high and low level, and the range, combining with the micro standard, it is beneficial to discriminate whether pavement preventive maintenance is suitable.
