Abstract :
TriQuint has developed power amplifiers, filters, duplexers, switches, phase shifters, and frequency conversion components specifically for systems ranging from RF-frequency cellular handsets, millimeter-wave frequency point-to-point radio transceivers, automotive radar and passive imaging applications. This paper presents TriQuint´s latest MMIC developments for 77-81 GHz automotive radar and 94 GHz passive imaging markets on low cost 4 and 6 inch VPIN, HBT, pHEMT and mHEMT production processes
