Abstract :
This article evaluates the applicability of RTFOT used in modified asphalt. Further tests prove that there is obvious difference among asphalts after RTFOT for the distinction between modified asphalts and base asphalts, or modified asphalts. Then it´s wrong to restrict using a same index. So it´s necessary to mend when RTFOT is used on modified asphalt.
